Things To Do

Once you have the modpack and have logged in, Westeros is open to wander, and you don't need to be a promoted builder to enjoy most of it. Here's where to start.

Explore the Map

Our map is open for you to explore the projects you can find on the Projects page. Hundreds of builds across 9 regions and beyond the Wall are yours to walk through. Use the DynMap to see the world from above and grab coordinates, or just pick a /warp <location> (such as /warp winterfell) and start walking. While you're at it, take screenshots and tag us on social media, or most in our #wc-screenshots channel in Discord.

You can also explore the world on a horse using the /horse command.

And, coming soon, the WesterosPaths mod will allow you to follow in the footsteps of some of your favorite characters on their journey through Westeros, including Jon Snow, Arya and Sansa Stark, Tyrion and Jaime Lannister and more.

Try a Scavenger Hunt

Our scavenger hunts send you hunting for specific spots and details across the map. It's a fun way to discover corners of Westeros you'd never have stumbled into on your own. Check out /warp scavengerhunts in game to get started. We also have spoilers guides here.

Claim a Creative Plot

Every Guest can claim a personal plot to build in, no application required. Vist our guest plot world in game by typing /apply, then type /plot auto and you'll be teleported to your own square of land to experiment with our custom blocks and tools. It's the best way to get a feel for how creative building on the server can work with our block pack, and it's where your application starts if you decide to go further.

Apply to Build

Enjoying the world and want to help make it? WesterosCraft runs entirely on volunteer builders, and we try to make contributing fun and easy to pick up. Head to Apply To Build to see what's involved and how to start.

Join Other Efforts

Building isn't the only way to contribute. We have teams working on custom mod development, art and promotional work, world updates, music and more. If you've got skills and experience outside of Minecraft building you'd like to contribute to WesterosCraft, ask around in Discord to find out where the teams need hands, or contact us.
