Dictionary of French Architecture from the 11th to 16th Century

    After a quick google-fy I think it's the same as voussoir; the french page for it indicates the same stone as "voussoirs ou claveaux" which is french for "segments or archstones, use whatever I couldn't care less" or something along those lines.

    Or wasn't it an actual question?
